Working with LightBurn

Thank you for your interest in working with LightBurn!

We are always looking for new relationships with companies that would like us to support their hardware, introduce LightBurn to their customers through our affiliate sales program, or integrate LightBurn sales with their products as part of a complete solution. We do not engage in partnerships with companies that wish to resell our software as standalone licenses. 

How We Work

We welcome all hardware manufacturers to register in our system and request support for their machines. After registration, our team will reach out as soon as possible to discuss next steps, and our requirements for mutually beneficial collaboration. 

All sales partnerships begin through our affiliate program, which provides a simple way to promote LightBurn and refer customers directly. Over time, we may expand collaboration with companies that demonstrate a strong fit.

Definitions

• Manufacturer: A machine manufacturer or supplier that supports LightBurn compatibility and may reference or recommend LightBurn to their users.
• Affiliate: Businesses actively involved in the laser engraving, cutting, or CNC ecosystem, including those who distribute, sell, or support this equipment and its users. Affiliates refer customers to purchase directly from our website using a referral link.
• Reseller: a machine manufacturer or distributor that is planning to bundle LightBurn with machine sales. Resellers may also request hardware support and access the LightBurn Compatibility Matrix.
