A number of Ruida users have had connection issues, so we've been digging into these. A bug was found tonight that is very likely the cause. It will be tested by the beta group for a day or two, and if all is well it will roll out to everyone else shortly thereafter, hopefully mid-week. As a bonus, this comes with a 1.5x to 2.0x increase in transfer speed.
With this found, we'll be looking into the USB connectivity issues next.
